One Personal Planning Session scheduled at a mutually agreeable time. The process includes the initial session, which will be face to face. Additionally, there will be one follow-on session conducted via the phone, or in person, whichever is more convenient for the participant. The follow-on session will be one to two weeks after the preceding session. The duration of each session is 45 minutes to 1 hour.
The sessions are for an individual who is looking to improve the aspects of their personal life. We will establish a Dream Inventory and develop Goals for your Personal Life Wheel (Social, Physical, Family, Mental, Ethics & Beliefs, and Financial & Career). Additionally, the participant will learn how to develop SMART Goals and how to plan to overcome the obstacles to their desired lifestyle. There will be assignments that will need to be completed between sessions.
